
Ya’ll know I am not a cooking queen…so if I cook something that people really like…and it is easy…I am going to share!
This cheese bread is very good and so easy! I served the bread with the Asian Chicken Cranberry Salad that is on my Facebook time line. The salad was fabulous…makes a ton…just takes some time to put it together. (check Sue Honea Fulcher FB page for salad—scroll on down…near the bottom of my timeline)
Poppyseed Cheese Bread
3-3/4 cup Bisquick
1-1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1-T poppyseed
1-egg, beaten
1-1/2 cup milk
Mix Bisquick, cheese, egg, and milk. Beat 1 minute. Put into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
